The Gunners have recently been in an incredible form. They have won 3 consecutive Premier League matches, which brought them back in the battle for The Top 4! Moreover, the Arsene Wenger’s players must keep their best form, because they will play against the new champions Chelsea in The FA Cup final game.
Arsenal won their last 3 league games against Manchester United (at home) and vs. Southampton and Stoke City away from The Emirates Stadium. They will host Sunderland in their next league match. The Black Cats are the worst team in the league, having only won 24 points in 36 matches. In addition, they have lost 13 of 17 visits this campaign. Logically, Sunderland have already relegated to The Championship.
The Gunners have won 7 of the last 10 games against Sunderland in all competitions. Furthermore, the last time The Black Cats won an away game against Arsenal was in 1983 – 34 years ago! However, Arsenal have only lost twice at home this season and they will hardly do it again against Sunderland.
Until the end of the season in The Premier League, the Arsene Wenger’s players will face Sunderland and Everton, as both the matches will be played at The Emirates Stadium and if The Gunners win 6 points they will surely find a place in the Top 4! And I think that they are capable of doing it!
In conclusion, you should consider betting on a handicap victory for Arsenal. The Gunners will surely score a lot of goals against The Black Cats. The other reasonable bet should be over 2.5 goals.
Possible Starting XI:
Arsenal: Petr Cech; Nacho Monreal, Laurent Koscielny, Shkodran Mustafi, Hector Bellerin, Rob Holding; Francis Coquelin, Mesut Ozil, Granit Xhaka, Alexis Sanchez; Olivier Giroud.
Sunderland: Jordan Pickford; John O’Shea, Billy Jones, Lamine Kone, Javier Manquillo; Darron Gibson, Sebastian Larsson, Didier Ndong, Fabio Borini; Jermain Defoe, Victor Anichebe.
